Contract Coordinator (12-month FTC)

We're looking for a Contract Coordinator to join our client's busy and growing team in Bracknell. You'll play a key role in keeping the sales and customer journey running smoothly, coordinating documentation, managing queries and working closely with customers, partners and internal teams.

Job Title: Contract Coordinator

Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience

Location: Bracknell

Type: 12-month FTC

Key responsibilities include

Processing new proposals and ensuring information is accurate and complete

Preparing, issuing and checking contract documentation

Liaising with internal teams to progress applications within agreed timescales

Communicating updates to customers and partners

Managing customer queries and document requests

Carrying out customer verification calls

Processing amendments and account updates

Managing queries and complaints professionally

Supporting the wider sales team with administration and pipeline management

We're looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Confident communicating with customers and business partners

Comfortable working to deadlines

Strong administratively with good IT skills

Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
