Our residential conveyancing team has built genuine long-term relationships with clients, local estate agents, and lenders, and we're looking for a Conveyancer to join us and grow within that trusted network.

Unlike high-volume, factory-line operations, you'll handle a manageable caseload that allows you to provide the level of attention and diligence that complex property transactions demand. You'll work closely with experienced practitioners who are invested in your development, and you'll have genuine autonomy to manage transactions from instruction through to completion.

Your day-to-day work will involve all aspects of residential conveyancing: taking instructions from clients, conducting thorough searches and enquiries, reviewing contracts and supporting documentation, liaising with lenders and third parties, identifying and resolving legal issues that arise during transactions, and managing the completion and post-completion process. You'll be expected to exercise sound judgment in advising clients on risk, to spot issues early, and to communicate clearly with all parties involved. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, organised case management, and the ability to manage multiple transactions at various stages of the pipeline simultaneously.

Conveyancing is a foundation practice area for any property lawyer, and performing it well here will position you excellently for future advancement—whether that's moving into more complex conveyancing matters, developing cross-practice expertise in property law, or progressing into management and fee-earning roles.
