• Assist on commercial contracts, procurement and negotiations in NEC settings
• Lead post-contract activities: payments, cost assessments, contract changes
• Support contractors with transparent, data-driven processes
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize contract performance
• Provide cost management insights to support decision-making
• Contribute to cost reporting, forecasting and change control
• Assist in Early Warnings, Instructions and Compensation Events
• Participate in progress meetings and promote commercial awareness

• Degree-qualified and pursuing or having chartered status
• Familiarity with NEC contracts and cost management best practices
• Experience in Quantity Surveying & Estimating, ideally in large-scale infrastructure
