Country Lead

An international IT services company is looking to appoint a Country Lead for the Iberian region (Spain & Portugal) to accelerate business growth, strengthen local leadership, and drive the execution of its commercial and operational strategy.

• Lead and develop the Iberian organization, providing clear direction, structure, and inspiration to the team.
• Able to lead and make local teams grow.
• Drive business growth by supervising sales activities and closing strategic transactions.
• Sign and approve commercial agreements and key deals.
• Manage and develop channel partners, especially during the initial phases of growth.
• Execute and deploy the business plan, contributing market insights and adaptations where needed.
• Ensure the strategy is well adopted by the team and effectively translated into measurable results.
• Capitalize on existing business foundations and further develop the commercial base.
• Build a strong local management presence and act as the primary representative of the company in Iberia.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team across sales, operations, and support functions.
