Role Description & Technical Scope
The Green Recruitment Company busca para un importante EPCista internacional un Director de Obra que asuma la supervisión de Obra.
La persona seleccionada desempeñara las siguientes funciones:- Visitas de supervisión a obra.
- Gestión de incidencias y replanteos.
- Redacción de informes de avance y calidad de obra.
- Planificación, revisión y aprobación de certificaciones.
- Emisión y firma del correspondiente y certificado Final de Obras.
- Contacto con cliente y velar por el buen servicio y por el eficaz desempeño de los contratos.
- Visitas a las obras y trabajo administrativo de elaboración de informes así como la relación con el cliente.
- Estudios de Ingeniería, Grado Superior o equivalentes.
- Nivel de inglés fluido (B2).
