Role Description & Technical Scope
MSD is seeking an inspirational leader to shape and champion the laboratory Quality Management System across international sites, including Newport, Dublin and Lawrence. You will harmonise quality procedures, simplify documentation practices and foster a collaborative culture of compliance.
You will partner with lab managers and technical teams to drive continuous improvement, manage external audits and ensure robust documentation and KPI reporting to senior leadership.
