Role Description & Technical Scope
Waterstones is seeking a Loss Prevention Investigator to protect staff, customers and stock across the Southwest region from Taunton outward. The role requires a full UK driving licence and will involve field visits to multiple stores with mileage paid from your base shop.
You will work with Regional Managers and Shop teams to reduce shrink, investigate incidents, and build cases for potential enforcement. This is a full-time, field-based position with a focus on risk reduction and security best
