Key Duties

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues, including diagnosing and resolving common faults
• Support cyber-security monitoring tasks, identifying potential vulnerabilities and escalating risks
• Assist in routine network troubleshooting, configuration, and securing of devices and systems
• Support the implementation of cyber-security best practices to protect systems and data from unauthorised access
• Carry out basic cybersecurity testing and document findings
• Log and document all support activities in line with internal processes.
• Collaborate with senior technicians to elevate complex issues when required.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external users.
