Are you a Key Account Manager who doesn't just manage accounts – you grow them?

My client is  is growing its B2B team, and we're looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of high-value customers across social housing, housebuilding, build-to-rent and insurance.

This is a genuine growth role. You'll build senior relationships, identify new opportunities and increase Tapi's share of wallet – from winning more properties and regions to expanding products and services.

You'll be responsible for:

Managing and growing key B2B accounts

Building strong relationships from operational teams to senior decision-makers

Identifying and converting new opportunities within existing accounts

Owning account plans, forecasts and pipelines

Managing SLAs and resolving customer issues

Protecting margins and account profitability

Reporting on revenue, growth, retention and performance We're looking for someone who:

Has proven B2B Key Account Management experience

Can demonstrate a track record of growing accounts

Is commercially sharp and comfortable with targets, margins and SLAs

Is confident managing senior customer relationships and difficult conversations

Is highly organised, proactive and CRM-savvy

Has a full UK driving licence Experience in flooring, construction, housing, insurance or property services would be a strong advantage.
