Site Manager (Co. L'Derry)

As Site Manager you will oversee day‑to‑day on-site activities for residential construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence and top quality and safety standards. You’ll lead on-site teams, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and maintain programmes while ensuring CDM compliance. The role involves site meetings, quality control, snagging and smooth handovers, representing the company to clients and stakeholders. This is a growth role with long‑term progression in a reputable NI contractor working locally in Northern Ireland.

• Manage all on-site activities from start to completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour
• Ensure Health & Safety, CDM compliance and company procedures
• Maintain programme schedules and drive site progress
• Conduct site meetings and liaison with project and commercial teams
• Ensure quality control, snagging and handovers to a high standard
• Represent the company professionally with clients and stakeholders

• Proven experience as Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor with a Main Contractor
• Strong background in new build residential projects
• Excellent leadership and site coordination skills
• In-depth understanding of health & safety regulations
• Relevant tickets such as SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Ability to manage programmes, subcontractors and quality control
• Strong communication skills and hands-on site delivery
• Full UK driving licence
