Role Description & Technical Scope

Le Groupe Bon Marché recherche un Responsable Ressources Humaines F/H en CDI en charge des Fonctions Support à Paris. Vous serez le partenaire RH de proximité des directions et piloterez les sujets RH transverses, transformation et développement des compétences.

Vous supervisez une équipe de trois Chargées RH et assurez l’excellence opérationnelle, le dialogue social et le reporting RH, en lien avec les directions Artistique & Image, Marketing Client et Finance.
