Senior Scientist Human Sample Management (1-2 years fixed-term contract)

ppAs part of the HSM team, be responsible for intake/approvals for biospecimen sourcing (global sourcing). Ensures Service Level Agreement (SLA) delivery and alignment with global standards. /p h3This role entails: /h3 ul lipSupport the local SLA process /p /li lipManage local intake, prioritization, resourcing, and SLA adherence for all materials /p /li lipPerform/delegate approvals for acquire/use/transfer/destruction of materials /p /li lipSupport HDRP (formerly CENTRAXX) administration (lifecycle management) /p /li lipItaly regulatory process for import-export and workflows. /p /li lipRun provider performance reviews /p /li lipSupport internal and external stakeholders with human sample access queries /p /li lipEnsure Human Sample operations including (fresh) sample reception, storage, tracking, distribution, and destruction /p /li lipSupport the lead of the team for local audits /p /li lipProvide training and documentation as needed for the HSM processes /p /li lipContribute to quality management and process development /p /li /ul h3This role requires: /h3 ul lipPhD in Biology, Life Sciences or related field, or Masters with several years of experience in Biology/Life Sciences in a CRO, Biotech or Pharma organization /p /li lip2-4 years experience in human sample management, quality and compliance (biosample acquisition and management) /p /li lipProject management skills, including planning and organization /p /li lipKnowledge and experience with human sample compliance and all applicable laws/regulations.
