Cyber Security Project Manager

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We're hiring a delivery-focused Project Manager to lead key cyber security initiatives within a highly regulated financial services environment.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">You'll own end-to-end delivery of strategic security programmes, including privileged access management (CyberArk), Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) and a penetration testing programme, while keeping everything aligned to regulatory requirements, risk frameworks and information security standards.</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What you'll do:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Lead cyber security projects across multiple workstreams, aligned to business objectives and governance standards</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Build and manage project plans covering scope, timelines, budget, resources and dependencies</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work with technology, security, risk, compliance and business teams, plus third-party vendors</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Track progress, flag risks and issues early, and manage mitigation and escalation</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain governance artefacts: RAID logs, status reports, budget forecasts and steering committee materials</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Oversee testing, validation, deployment and handover to support</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Report clearly to stakeholders and senior management</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What you'll bring:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">5+ years' project management experience in financial services</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Solid grounding in cyber security principles, risk management and financial services regulation</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong stakeholder management at all levels</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience managing third-party suppliers and technology vendors</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Confident with MS Project, JIRA and Confluence</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent certification</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Nice to have:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Delivery experience with CyberArk and/or CLM</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience running penetration testing programmes</p>
