Cyber Security Senior Alliance Manager

In this role you will lead the strategic management of silver-tier cyber security vendors and mentor a team of Alliance Managers. You’ll align vendor activity with the tech tower strategy, using market and performance insights to uncover opportunities and mitigate risks. You drive cross-vendor collaboration to scale partnerships and contribute to Softcat’s growth through disciplined execution. This is a hands-on leadership role that sits at the center of the vendor ecosystem to deliver commercial impact and secure outcomes.

• Own the direction and performance of silver tier vendors within your aligned technology tower
• Support the Alliances Lead with prioritisation, decision-making and execution of the tower strategy
• Use vendor, market, pipeline and performance insights to identify opportunities and risks
• Drive consistent execution of partnership activity across multiple vendors
• Provide line management, coaching and best practice direction to Alliance Managers

• 3–5 years' experience in alliances, partnerships, or vendor management
• Strong commercial awareness including rebates, incentives and programme structures
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and competing priorities
• Confidence leading challenging and senior stakeholder conversations
