Role Description & Technical Scope
Dexcom is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its commercial operations in France and the Southern Europe cluster. The role involves drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, including public procurement and distribution contracts, and advising on French and EU healthcare and medical device laws.
You will ensure compliance with transparency and anti-kickback requirements, reporting to the Senior Director Legal EMEA.
