Sports Science Director
Role Description & Technical Scope
In this role you lead a newly formed sports science team at the London head office, supporting top-level performance across athletics, football, tennis and cycling. You apply advanced scientific analysis to help clients gain a competitive edge in sportswear and equipment. You guide the team to develop innovative, on-schedule solutions and manage delivery within budget. You will work with cross-functional client teams to scale impact across multiple sports and markets.

- Oversee and develop a multi-sport sports science team at a global-level client interface
- Lead delivery of innovative sports science solutions on time and on budget
- Collaborate with clients across sports clothing and equipment to identify performance opportunities
- Manage people, performance, and project priorities under pressure
- Engage with UK/Europe-based clients requiring travel for meetings and trials
- Sports Science degree (2:1 or higher)
- substantial experience in sports science roles with diverse clients across sports clothing and equipment
