Director, Silicon Validation & Characterization
Role Description & Technical Scope
Kandou Bus SA is seeking a Director of Silicon Characterization to lead all silicon validation from first silicon to release. You will drive plans, schedules, and resources, coordinate across sites, and oversee lab automation and EVM validation for SerDes and other high-speed products.
Ideal candidates have 10+ years in semiconductor validation, hands-on high‑speed measurement, and strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams. This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Saint-Sulpice, Switzerland.
