Strativ Group is seeking a Head of Bid Management in Madrid or Amsterdam with hybrid work. You will own the full bid lifecycle, coordinating technical and commercial input across engineering, business development, finance and legal to deliver compliant proposals.
You will lead bid strategy, manage a team and resources, and drive improvements in process, templates and reporting to maximise win rates.
