Role Description & Technical Scope
ALTEN Spain busca un líder de SOC/CSIRT con experiencia en gestión de incidentes, coordinación de respuestas y supervisión de un equipo que trabaje 24x7, para asegurar la continuidad y la mejora continua del servicio en 100% presencial en Pardo (Madrid).
La persona seleccionada definirá procesos, gestionará SLA, elaborará informes y propondrá mejoras en detección y controles, colaborando estrechamente con otros equipos para minimizar impactos y garantizar respuestas rápidas y eficientes.
