Dallas Professional Investigator

Auto Fire Theft Workers' Compensation Investigations

Dallas Metro | Hybrid Field | Bilingual in Spanish Preferred

More Than an Investigator. A Trusted Professional.

Most investigation firms hire investigators to complete assignments.

At Covert, we develop investigative professionals who are trusted to think critically, exercise sound judgment, and own their cases from assignment through completion.

At Covert, we hire professionals who solve problems, exercise sound judgment, and own their investigations from assignment through completion.

We believe experienced investigators perform their best when they are equipped with the right tools, supported by proven systems, and given the autonomy to do what they do best—investigate.

If you're looking for a company that values initiative over micromanagement, quality over quantity, and professionalism over politics, we'd like to meet you.

As Covert continues to grow throughout Texas and beyond, we are looking to add one or two exceptional investigators to our team. We're intentionally building a team of professionals who support one another, continuously improve their craft, and take pride in representing the Covert name.

Who Thrives at Covert?

Successful investigators at Covert are naturally curious.

They don't stop after completing a checklist—they ask one more question.

They follow the next lead.

They communicate proactively.

They take ownership of every assignment.

They don't wait to be told what to do—they anticipate what's needed next.

They understand that our clients rely on us to uncover facts, solve problems, and help them make informed decisions.

They believe their reputation is built one report, one interview, and one client interaction at a time.

  • Prepare professional investigative reports that are accurate, objective, and client-ready.
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding investigative progress.
  • Manage investigations from assignment through completion while adapting strategies as new information develops.
  • Travel throughout the Dallas area and surrounding Texas as assignments require.
