Role Description & Technical Scope
Astreya is seeking an Incident Response Analyst to join the Incident Response Center (IRC) in Ireland. You will monitor data center infrastructure around the clock, perform first-level analysis, triage alerts, and escalate incidents to cross-functional teams to ensure service availability and security.
This role requires strong communication, ability to work in 24/7 shifts, and familiarity with ITSM tools like Jira.
