Retail & Consumer Goods –Associate & Engagement Manager – London

In this role you help client organizations in the Retail & Consumer Goods space define and implement strategies that drive growth and value. You will work with cross-functional teams to break down complex problems, develop evidence-based insights, and craft actionable recommendations. You lead project workstreams, mentor junior teammates, and maintain strong client relationships to deliver practical solutions. • Break down complex problems into discrete parts and guide junior consultants
• Plan, execute analyses, and identify core issues to form recommendations
• Direct small teams to move projects forward with senior support
• Lead day-to-day project delivery, hypothesis-driven problem solving, and stakeholder management
• Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues to ensure cohesive recommendations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to thought leadership

• 6+ years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy firm or in-house strategy/consulting
• In-depth knowledge of Consumer Goods, preferably Grocery Retail
• Strong strategic problem-solving background
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and presentation skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication in formal and informal settings
• Willingness to travel part of the week
• Proactive, curious, and creative with initiative to learn and apply new skills
• Bachelor or higher degree from a top academic program
• Fluent in English and in French or German or Dutch
