Manager, Lead Specialist, ServiceNow GRC Solution Architect, Global

As a ServiceNow Risk and GRC Architect, you will lead enterprise IRM solution architecture focusing on Risk Management and Policy & Compliance. You’ll collaborate with risk, compliance, audit and business teams to translate requirements into scalable designs and ensure effective use of out-of-the-box IRM capabilities. You’ll guide delivery through governance processes and oversee secure, upgrade-safe integrations and reporting. This role offers impact across regulatory compliance, risk oversight and enterprise-wide governance within a global Deloitte ecosystem.

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management solutions (Risk Management and Policy & Compliance Management)
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, audit, security, legal and business stakeholders to translate obligations into robust solution designs
• Define architectures including controls, policies, risk statements, attestations, remediation tasks and supporting workflows
• Create traceable relationships between obligations, policies, risks, controls and evidence
• Develop architectural views, data models, integration designs, standards and specifications
• Promote out-of-the-box IRM capabilities and minimize unnecessary customisation
• Provide technical leadership to delivery teams and review configurations for security, quality, performance
• Architect integrations between ServiceNow IRM and enterprise systems and data sources
• Enable automated assessments, continuous monitoring, attestations and evidence collection
• Ensure security, privacy, data quality and auditability in designs
• Support architecture reviews, testing, deployment and governance processes
• Troubleshoot cross-module integration issues and guide sustainable resolutions
• Shape IRM roadmap and reusable patterns, staying current with product releases and practices
• Mentor architects and contribute to continuous improvement in the ServiceNow architecture practice

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrable ServiceNow architecture experience including Risk & Compliance/IRM
• Proven track record leading end-to-end IRM solution designs and enterprise-scale implementations
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Risk Management and Policy & Compliance Management and their relationships
• Experience designing risk frameworks, assessments, monitoring and compliance reporting
• Experience mapping regulatory obligations to controls with traceable evidence and remediation
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, security, workflows and upgrades
• Experience integrating IRM with enterprise systems using APIs, IntegrationHub or similar
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and GlideRecord for scripting
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall SDLC
• Understanding IT governance, data security, privacy, change and release management, testing and audit requirements
