Registered Service Manager – Adult Service – Supported Living

In this role you lead a large, on-site, supported living service for adults with physical disabilities and acquired brain injuries. You will ensure high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong collaboration with a wide range of colleagues and partners. As a visible, hands-on manager, you’ll shape service improvements and staff development. • Management experience as Registered Manager or Local Service Manager in mental health or wider social care
• Level 5 Diploma (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care management
