We’re looking for our next IT Support Apprentice to work alongside our experienced engineers to provide first line IT support whilst building skills in trouble‑shooting, networking and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answering and logging IT support requests


• Basic troubleshooting


• Prepare and configure laptops, desktops and mobile devices


• Support the setup of printers, phones and peripherals


• Escalate complex IT issues


• Keep detailed notes in the ticketing system


• Learn and follow IT procedures, security policies and best practices.

Requirements

• A genuine interest in IT and technology


• Good problem-solving and communication skills


• Basic understanding of MS Windows and O365


• English and maths GCSEs


• Driving licence
