Political Risk and Structured Credit Client Executive / Broker

In this role, you will lead and grow a major public agency client within Marsh’s Political Risk & Structured Credit team in the UK. You’ll shape risk advisory across PRSC solutions and ensure seamless client servicing, revenue delivery, and strategic engagement. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to tailor credit and risk products, influence insurer discussions, and mentor junior team members. This is a hybrid London-based position with impact across risk management, client strategy, and revenue growth.

• Develop deep understanding of the public agency's priorities and risk needs to tailor advice
• Act as the primary client contact for strategic engagement and day-to-day service
• Design PRSC solutions (NPI/PRI) and coordinate implementation with the client
• Advise on market conditions affecting insurance coverage and value from NPI products
• Lead meetings with the client and insurers; drive stewardship reporting and regular touchpoints
• Oversee and support junior colleagues in account administration and client inquiries
• Lead internal and external projects linked to client work
• Support achievement of PRSC budget and client revenue targets
• Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance performance

• Insurance experience in client relationship, placement and/or underwriting
