Role Description & Technical Scope
Join a celebrated international construction and engineering leader as a non-contentious construction lawyer. You’ll be part of a London team of seven, supporting project work across professional services agreements, subcontracts, and NEC negotiations, while advising on legal and commercial risk. You’ll work closely with operations, procurement and compliance to deliver practical, commercial solutions. The role offers strong development, early exposure to high-quality work and a collaborative culture within a market-leading environment.

- Advis e on legal and commercial risk in collaboration with operations, procurement and compliance
- Navigate NEC3/4 contracts and related frameworks and warranties
- Provide commercial-focused advice to reduce risk and enable project delivery
- England & Wales qualified construction lawyer
- c. 1–2 PQE
- unrestricted UK working rights
