Non-Contentious Construction-Associate/Managing Associate

In this role you will advise on non-contentious construction matters within a premier Bristol team, drafting and negotiating a broad range of project contracts. You will work closely with a top-tier client base on front-end documents and project structures, contributing to the growth of the construction practice. • Drafting and negotiating construction documents (JCT, NEC, MF/1 and institutional forms)
• Preparing consultant appointments (standard and bespoke)
• Handling warranties, bonds and guarantees
• Drafting development and funding agreements
• Drafting agreements for lease, novation agreements and related project documentation

• Qualified solicitor with non-contentious construction experience (or mix of contentious/advisory)
• 2–10 PQE (open to all levels)
• Strong commercial awareness and client focus
