Задачи:

• Define data-enablement roadmaps for media platforms and measurement partners
• Coordinate the implementation of web and app tracking, audience creation, and marketing campaign data feeds with an engineering team
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to align tracking with GDPR and privacy requirements
• Define and lead the media tracking and data activation agenda, set priorities, identify opportunities, and ensure robust, timely, and future-proof implementations
• Advise marketing teams on technical feasibility and how to operationalize and measure new marketing strategies
• Define web and mobile event-tracking specifications and coordinate their implementation
• Build and manage audience segments across media platforms and DSPs
• Audit tracking implementations and establish ongoing monitoring and validation processes
• Troubleshoot tracking and tagging issues with development teams, identify root causes, and implement fixes
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify tracking gaps, quantify business impact, and assess new or improved tracking implementations
• Document tracking setups, audience definitions, and compliance decisions
• Monitor new products, features, and best practices across media and measurement platforms

Требования:

• At least 3 years of experience in analytics implementation, MarTech, AdTech, or a closely related field
• A master’s degree in a technical or scientific discipline
• Expertise in conversion tracking, audience setup, product and data-feed catalogues, conversion windows, and attribution configurations
• Strong understanding of web and app analytics, event structures, conversion tracking, and data-layer design
• Experience with tracking and measurement ecosystems of major media platforms
• Strong attention to detail and a rigorous approach to accuracy and quality
• Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and QA skills
• Proactive, quick to learn, and curious about data privacy, tracking technologies, and marketing technology
• Будет плюсом: experience with practical AI tools such as Gemini or other AI-powered assistants, curiosity about experimenting with AI-driven solutions, ability to use AI tools to streamline processes and improve productivity, adaptability to new AI features and capabilities
