Centre hospitalier Bienne, également appelé Spitalzentrum Biel, recherche un(e) Responsable d'équipe Stroke Unit (80-100%). Vous dirigerez une équipe de 13 personnes, assurerez les soins conformes aux standards et piloterez des projets d'amélioration.
Le poste exige une formation d'infirmier diplômé ES/HES avec IMC/EPD et une solide expérience en leadership. Maîtrise du français et de l'allemand souhaitée ou volonté d'apprendre, dans un environnement bilingue.
