Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a product design leader to guide and grow our Enterprise design team in a fast-paced environment.
You will set the direction for how Scale's Applications customers interact with high-stakes AI-enabled workflows and will lead a growing team of designers. You will partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize work, raise the craft, and shape Scale's approach to human-agent interaction, ensuring user needs drive every decision.
