Udaf de la Somme recherche un Directeur des Ressources Humaines pour piloter l’ensemble du périmètre RH, alliant vision stratégique et actions opérationnelles. Vous accompagnerez la Direction Générale et les Directions d’activités sur les problématiques RH, recrutements, évaluations et plans d’action, en lien avec la QVCT et les obligations légales.
