Director of Feasibility
Role Description & Technical Scope
In this role, you lead feasibility, business planning, and investment evaluation across a hospitality and real estate portfolio. You’ll partner with Development, Operations and Finance to provide robust financial insights and strategic reports for executive decision-making. You shape project assumptions, modeling, and market intelligence to steer investment choices and portfolio performance. - Lead feasibility studies for hospitality, branded residences, mixed-use and F&B projects
- Develop and improve budgeting and financial modeling toolkits for faster turnaround
- Partner with Development, Operations, Finance, and Brand teams to validate business cases
- Provide investment analysis, sensitivity tests, and scenario modeling
- Strengthen financial planning and analytical support across the portfolio
- Monitor performance against plans and identify risks/opportunities
- Develop dashboards and executive portfolio reports
- Produce market research, benchmarking and industry intelligence
- Track market trends and competitor activity across key markets
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, or related field
- 5+ years in feasibility, corporate finance, investment analysis, hospitality development, real estate, or strategic planning
- Strong experience in hospitality, mixed-use developments, branded residences, or real estate investment environments
- Proven experience preparing investment committee submissions and evaluating complex investment opportunities
- Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and feasibility analysis skills
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation capabilities
- MBA, CFA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent preferred
