Grupo DISA en Madrid busca un Técnico/a de Captación y Activación de Clientes/as para diseñar experiencias desde el primer contacto y acelerar su primera transacción. Se enfocará en campañas digitales orientadas a ROI y optimización del funnel de adquisición.

La persona desarrollará estrategias de growth, analítica y CRO, colaborando con CRM, App y Data para garantizar mensajes coherentes y resultados medibles en CAC/ROAS.
