Director

A private consultancy with a reputation for delivering expert-led, commercially focussed surveying and project management services, is looking for a Director to join them at a pivotal time of growth.

They're agile, trusted, and passionate about delivering smart, efficient outcomes.

Some Director roles are about stepping into a structure that’s already been built.

This one gives you the opportunity to help shape what comes next.

I’m working with a building surveying consultancy looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join at Director level, taking responsibility for a strong existing portfolio while playing an important role in the future growth of the practice.

The real attraction here is the variety.

You won’t find yourself pigeonholed into one service line or one type of project. The portfolio is predominantly commercial private-sector building surveying across London.

The role would be immediately client facing, with autonomy over your time and your diary, and the chance to help build something big.

What they are looking for:

• Chartered status (MRICS or MRICS expected in 2026)
• Strong technical ability across building surveying
• Ability to handle client relationships and complex instructions.
• Desire to influence not just buildings, but the direction of a growing consultancy.
