Role Description & Technical Scope
Thompson Machinery is seeking a Parts Counter Person to resolve customer parts needs at the counter or by phone, identify part numbers, check availability, and recommend items to keep customers moving. You will handle sales and returns, take orders, and support the repair shop with parts orders.
