Role Description & Technical Scope
SupportYourApp is hiring a T3 Support Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues across backend, databases, and cross-system integrations. You will reproduce bugs in web Admin, mobile apps, and APIs, analyze logs, and implement small fixes while coordinating with Engineering.
The role requires strong SQL, PHP/JS/TS skills, English at C1, and experience in technical support or SRE. This position offers remote work from the EU and USD compensation.
