Entry level Administrator

Our Client is looking for an Administrator to join their small, office-based team in Thame. Reporting to the Managing Director, the role involves managing day-to-day administration while providing practical support to the sales team.

This is a permanent, full-time position paying £27,000 per annum. The working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.

This position would suit someone who has just finished full time education.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office administration and order supplies
• Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly, helpful and professional manner
• Follow up outstanding invoices each week
• Arrange travel for the sales team when required
• Complete accurate follow-up work and keep the CRM system up to date
• Support the sales team with overflow tasks, including preparing sales visuals
• Keep the office and customer-facing areas tidy, organised and well equipped
• Help the sales team prepare for training days and other operational sessions
• Assist with the organisation of business events
• Prepare social media posts every two weeks and on an ad hoc basis

Experience required:

• Educated to at least GCSE level
• Previous experience within a sales or office environment
• Full driving licence
• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to work within a small team
• Organised, proactive and self-motivated approach
• Good time-management skills
