Joko is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Manager to design and run end-to-end lifecycle programs across in-app, push, and email. You will collaborate with Growth, Product, Data, and Brand teams to turn signups into loyal users and maximize LTV with data-driven strategies.
You'll own onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement campaigns, with a strong emphasis on experiments and AI-powered personalization. Remote-friendly, globally oriented, based in a fast-growing consumer app.
