• Configure tracking links, postbacks, APIs, and platform integrations.
• Understand customer infrastructure and recommend the best integration setup.
• Validate incoming data and troubleshoot tracking or attribution issues.
• Assist customers with data migration and initial account configuration.
• Work with the engineering team on complex integrations and technical issues.
• Create clear technical documentation and integration instructions.
• Ensure customers are technically ready before going live.

What we're looking for

• Experience with APIs, webhooks, postbacks, and tracking systems.
• Good understanding of HTTP, JSON, URLs, and data flows.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical integrations independently.
• Strong communication skills when working with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms is a strong advantage.
• Experience in iGaming, AdTech, MarTech, or affiliate marketing is a plus.
