Role Description & Technical Scope
Vivenu est à la recherche d’un Customer Success Manager pour accompagner nos clients dans l’optimisation de leur expérience et de leurs revenus. Vous gérerez un portefeuille et piloterez des plans d’action en alignement avec les objectifs clients et l’écosystème vivenu.
Vous travaillerez avec des interlocuteurs variés, en français et en anglais (C1/C2), et assurerez l’interface entre clients et ingénierie, tout en déployant formations techniques et initiatives d’amélioration continue.
