Role Description & Technical Scope
Iron Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT End User Support professional to deliver reliable desk-side and remote assistance. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage incidents, and coordinate with the service desk to ensure swift resolution.
This role requires hands-on field service, onsite visits, asset management, and proactive monitoring to prevent disruptions for Authorized Users across multiple locations in Lombardy.
