Role Description & Technical Scope
University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an inspirational General Manager to lead the ITU, Anaesthetics and Theatres Business Unit, working with a Clinical Director, Theatre Leads and Matrons.
You will support the Divisional Director in directing, guiding and leading the unit, developing strategic business plans and performance management frameworks with clear financial targets.
