As Programme Director, Cyber Resilience, you will lead a critical enterprise-wide programme that helps strengthen resilience across Novo Nordisk while supporting safe and efficient business operations.Working on behalf of the Deputy CISO, you will provide leadership across a network of senior stakeholders, workstream leads and subject matter experts. This is a role where success comes through influence, governance and the ability to create alignment across organisational boundaries rather than through direct line management. You will help translate strategic ambitions into coordinated action, ensuring the programme delivers meaningful business outcomes while remaining connected to enterprise priorities.What you'll bringYou are an experienced enterprise programme leader who thrives in complex environments and knows how to mobilise leaders around a shared vision.
