The Role

Work collaboratively with school leaders and staff to offer advice, guidance, and strategies that promote positive behaviour and inclusion.

Deliver high-quality teaching and support, building positive relationships and nurturing pupil engagement.

Support schools in developing effective plans and strengthening their capacity to meet individual needs.Further Details

Position: Learning & Behaviour Support Assistant

Start Date: ASAP

Duration / Likely Duration: Ongoing

Contract Type: Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 3.30pm

Salary: Dependent on experienceExperience and Training

Teaching Assistant qualification (preferable but not essential)

Previous experience working in a UK School

Experience working with children in education or in a similar setting

Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as training can be provided)To Be Eligible, You Must

Hold Right to Work in the UK

Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application

Provide two professional, child-related referencesOther
