Morgan Ryder Associates Ltd. is seeking a Financial Controller to lead finance across two UK sites for a growing defence manufacturing group.
The role is based in Burgess Hill with potential moves to Worksop and involves hands-on leadership, close, budgeting, forecasting and commercial partnering with the MD and SLT. The successful candidate will oversee IFRS compliance, statutory accounts, VAT, inventory, product costing, working capital and ERP enhancements, while guiding a small finance team
