Fire & Security Engineer – Sheffield – £45k – NO Call-Outs
Up to £45,000 Basic | Monday–Friday | NO Weekends | NO Call-Out Rota | Van with Personal Use

We're recruiting for an established and growing fire and security company looking for an experienced engineer to cover Sheffield and the surrounding Yorkshire area.
This is a varied position covering servicing, maintenance, installation and fault-finding across fire and security systems on commercial sites.
The biggest selling point? Monday to Friday. No weekend work. No call-out rota.
You'll also benefit from a basic salary of up to £45,000, a company van with personal use and ongoing manufacturer training.

What will you be doing?
You'll be working across commercial sites throughout Sheffield and Yorkshire, carrying out:
*
Fire alarms – servicing, installation, maintenance and fault-finding
*
Intruder alarms – installation, servicing and repairs
*
CCTV systems – installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
*
Access control – installation, servicing and fault-finding
*
Planned preventative maintenance and system testing
*
Diagnosing faults and getting systems back up and running
*
Installation and commissioning of new systems
You'll be trusted to manage your own workload, work independently and deliver a professional service to customers.
What are we looking for?
*
Minimum 5 years' experience in the fire and security industry
*
Strong experience across both servicing and installation
*
Good technical knowledge of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV and access control
*
Confident fault-finding and problem-solving skills
*
Ability to work independently and deal professionally with customers
*
Full, clean UK manual driving licence
