Age UK is seeking an Area Co-ordinator to support and supervise a small team delivering home-based services in the Greater Nottingham area, with an initial focus on Rushcliffe. The role involves assessing clients, creating support plans and ensuring person-centred care in the community.
You will be the first point of contact for clients, coordinating with the office team and Living Well Assistants to promote independence and well-being for older people.
