Arabic & English-speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst – Sofia, Bulgaria

We are recruiting Arabic and English-speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analysts to join an international team in Sofia. You will review digital content to help keep online platforms safe and trustworthy for their users.

• Review user-generated content, such as text, images and videos, in Arabic and English to ensure digital trust and safety
• Apply platform policies and community guidelines accurately and consistently
• Identify, flag and take action on content that breaches policy
• Escalate sensitive or complex cases to the relevant teams within the defined timeframes
• Consider the cultural and linguistic context of Arabic-language content when making decisions
• Record your review decisions clearly and accurately in internal tools
• Meet quality, accuracy and productivity targets
• Keep up to date with policy changes and take part in ongoing training and calibration sessions
• Share feedback and insights on emerging trends and content risks with team leads
• Handle all information with strict confidentiality

• Fluent or native-level Arabic
• Fluent or native-level English
• Candidates relocating to Sofia must hold an EU passport
