Role Description & Technical Scope

SOCARA recrute un(e) Responsable RH en charge de la paie et du contrôle des temps pour notre équipe RH de Geispolsheim. Vous assurerez les paies de 500 salariés et serez l interlocuteur privilégié des managers sur l outil de gestion des temps, tout en veillant au respect des règles légales et internes.

Vous participerez à l évolution des processus RH (contrats, recrutement, bilans et tableaux de bord) et collaborerez à la mise en place de projets.
